What I made today

There are only two simple reasons as to why I love cooking and baking and that is because I love eating and I love feeding people. I've made so many cakes, brownies, and cookies for no reason other than to give them away to friends and relatives. I've tried selling before but I realized I'm not the type who could just bake whenever someone orders something from me. I have to be in the mood to be able to do it well. So, I just went back to giving them away.
Served with egg and rice :)
My recent venture into Korean food is all because of my vow to eat healthier this year. Bulgogi is my most favorite Korean dish and I just had to try making it! So, I bought the necessary ingredients and went for it. Fortunately, the result was quite delicious and very spicy. Just how I like it. It lacks a few more vegetables because I forgot to buy carrots and some other greens. But with the strips of cabbage, it's already pretty good.

This is a banana bread
I've been making this bread for years. It's my personal favorite and my family loves it as well. Sometimes, I make it into little cupcakes and give them away as gifts. Although, it's been a while since I last did because I've become too lazy.

On a completely unrelated note, I realized how image-heavy this blog has become. I should probably make the images smaller.. Thinking, thinking.
